How to invest in Lending Club (Method #1)



This procedure will show you the step-by-step instructions on how to invest in Lending club.



Step-by-Step Instructions


1. First go to URL www.lendingclub.com, Click “SIGN IN” at the upper right corner and sign in using your email address and password. 

Then click on the blue “Sign In” button.

2. Once signed in, click on “Invest” tab.

3. Click on the “Manual Investing” tab.

***Note: Unless directed to use investment strategy by Coach never use the Investment strategy.

4. Click on the “Order builder” tab.

5.  Type “amount to invest”, “Max per note” should be $25 under Build a portfolio menu. Uncheck 60-month under Filter loans and Click on “Update Results”.

***note: the amount to invest at a setting must not exceed $2500.

6. You would be provided with 3 options. Preferably choose “Option 3” because it has a higher Projected Return and click on “Continue”.

7. On the view order page you would see the loan you are actually buying. Once you are ready you click “Continue”.

** Note: Explore this page, if you have questions you can ask your coach, jump on a group or talk to the lending club account rep.

8. On the Final loan purchasing page make sure you check all the notes under Term to make sure all is 36 and you Click "Place Order" to make the purchase.

***Note: make sure you check because once you click “place order” you can’t undo that or cancel the order. The only way you can do to get rid is to sell them.

9. On the “Confirmation page” you have to assign notes to a portfolio and click “Assign” 

***Note: If it is your first time you can type 1 as your first portfolio, the amount of the flip and the date. For example: 1-10k-May2018.

IF you already have a portfolio you would have to choose a portfolio you already created and click “Assign”

***note: The only time you make a new portfolio is when you are doing a new flip.

10. Click “Holdings” at the Top and click “Portfolios” to check the portfolio you just created
